  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    We require a 10 day notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    All you need is a government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month to month basis.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can either pay in person, through the mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card monthly.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes, we sell boxes and various storage supplies at our facility.

  • Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?

    We’d love to have you stop by! Visit us anytime Tuesday - Friday, 10:00am - 5:00pm or Saturday, 9:00am - 1:00pm. Call for an appointment Sunday or Monday.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    We encourage tenants to bring their own disc style locks at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase on the property.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No, you will receive your own personal access code which will allow 24/7 gate entrance.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes, you are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
